You can download upto 50 videos per day if you have subscribed to 'Endlessly Inspiring Pack'.

Go to ‘My Account’ and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on ‘Manage Subscription’. Click on ‘Cancel Plan’ button to cancel your subscription.

Your plan will be cancelled, but will still be available until the end of your billing period.

Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer a refund. However, you can cancel your membership for the next month.

This usually means you have used all your download credits. We recommend you to upgrade your pack to the ‘Endlessly Inspiring Pack’ so that you have enough download credits.

Open any video you like and click on the Download button. This will open the high-resolution, HD quality video for you in a new tab. Click the three dots or the ‘More Options ’button at the bottom right of the video, and click on Download. Upon doing this, the video will be saved in the Downloads folder of you laptop.

Your previously downloaded videos are saved in the downloads folder of your device so that you can reuse them as many times as you like. We recommend that you keep them safely in an organized folder.

If you can't locate any video that you've downloaded in the past, you'll have to download it again. Do remember however that if you download the videos again, it will be counted as a fresh download and will be deducted from your download credit.

You are permitted to use the videos for your own social media content.

However, if you wish to use the videos for commercial purposes such as billboard displays, trade shows, websites, exhibit display endorsements, advertising content, or merchandising use, or as part of social media campaigns or brand deals, you must only use the video clips that don't already have any particular branded products or logos in them.

For example- if a video clip has a Starbucks cup in it, you are not allowed to use it for any commercial purposes. The same applies to any brand that's visible in the videos.

We intentionally shoot our content with text placement and social media button placement in mind, so we always leave room for you to add your text and never place the main subject in the part of the video that gets covered by in-app buttons. We encourage you to unleash your creativity with our clips, as they can greatly contribute to represent your brand in the best possible way.

Paid ads are a commercial use of our clips. We do allow it, as long as you don't use any clips that have a pre-existing logo of any other brand in them.

You can use the ‘Contact Us’ page and write to us. Share the video link(s) for which you are looking for exclusive rights. Upon reaching an agreement and payment of fees, we will remove the video from browse section so that it is not available for further download.

Your VERTISTOCK membership will allow you to use the clips for your own social media account. If you wish to use them for your client's social media, you can ask your clients to set up their own account on VERTISTOCK, which you can then operate.

For e.g., if you have 5 customers as a social media manager, then your clients should have their own VERTISTOCK account. You can operate those 5 accounts, specifically for those 5 customers.

As an organization, you can have one account shared by your employees.

We are a highly curated video library and we are proud to offer the most beautiful, creative and original videos to our subscribers. Hence, you can only submit original videos that do not exist in our library yet. We cannot accept videos that contain stock footage - please only submit work that is 100% original and made by you.

Your videos cannot include brand names, logos, trademarks or information about specific individuals.

Most importantly, the videos you submit must be sized correctly, clear, and should not be shaky or hard to watch.
